📦 1. Nature of Downloadable Digital Products

Josecast Suite is delivered instantly as a downloadable digital binary package along with an associated single-user lifetime license key. Because digital software assets can be immediately copied and retained locally upon download, all commercial sales of the $100 USD lifetime license are generally final, non-refundable, and non-cancelable once delivery has been initiated through our checkout terminal.

🛠️ 2. 14-Day Technical Bug Exception Clause

We stand firmly behind the algorithmic integrity and calculation stability of our engineering tools. If you experience a fatal, unresolvable technical malfunction or OS incompatibility error that completely prevents Josecast Suite from executing calculations or launching on your workstation, you are eligible to request a full technical refund within 14 days of your original purchase date.

Before an exceptional technical refund can be approved and executed, you must cooperate with our engineering support line by providing system specification details or terminal crash logs to demonstrate that the application fails to perform its core design calculations despite meeting standard system prerequisites.

🔄 3. Refund Execution via Paddle

Once an exceptional refund is approved by our technical department, the request is instantly forwarded to Paddle, our official Merchant of Record. Paddle will execute the chargeback directly to your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, or regional wire systems). Processing speeds vary based on your local banking institution, typically settling within 5 to 10 international business days.
