- Variables: Calculated temperatures and superheat values are presented based on standard parameters. However, field conditions unique to each foundry—such as charge material, lining type, ladle transfer time, inoculant effect, and ambient humidity—can directly impact the results.
- Verification: Therefore, the presented results should not be considered "final and absolute truth"; users are advised to verify/calibrate these data according to their own operating conditions, experiences, and specific recipes.

A: Yes. Paddle, our authorized Merchant of Record, automatically issues a VAT-compliant PDF invoice upon successful payment. The invoice is delivered to your email address and remains accessible via your Paddle customer portal.
Q: How does the license activation process function?
A: The activation process is fully automated and self-service: (1) Complete your purchase through Paddle, (2) Navigate to the "Activate License" tab on this page, (3) Provide your purchase email and Paddle Transaction ID, (4) Select "Generate" to receive your permanent license key immediately.
Q: Where can I download the software installation file?
A: The installation file is available directly on this page via the "DOWNLOAD JOSECAST SUITE" button. Following license generation, you may proceed with the download. The software is distributed as a single executable installer requiring no additional extraction.
Q: Is it possible to transfer my license to a different computer?
A: Yes. Licenses are restricted to one active device at a time. To transfer, access the "Transfer Device" tab, enter your registered email, license key, and the Hardware ID from your new installation. The transfer is processed instantly. Please note that transfers are limited to once per 30-day period.
