Q: Why is there no contact form?
A: To eliminate automated spam and low-priority inquiries. We prioritize direct, engineering-driven communication via our official corporate email for verified users.
Q: What are the system requirements?
A: Josecast is highly optimized for Windows environments. Designed with a low-footprint architecture, it runs exceptionally well on performance-oriented systems, including Windows LTSC, without requiring heavy dependencies.
Q: How accurate are the simulation results?
A: Calculations are strictly based on theoretical metallurgical models (Bernoulli’s principle, Chvorinov’s rule). However, due to variable foundry conditions like charge material and ambient humidity, all results must be verified by a professional engineer before production.

Q: Is there a trial version?
A: To maintain professional suite integrity, we do not offer trials. The simulation videos and technical documentation on our site provide a transparent view of the algorithm's capabilities.
Q: Are my suggestions for new features considered?
A: We highly value technical feedback that improves algorithmic accuracy. Suggestions are reviewed during our periodic development cycles, though individual replies are not guaranteed to keep the development office focused on core updates.
Q: In which languages is technical support available?
